2. When Will My Order Be Shipped?

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Track Your Order

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor the shipping status and get an estimated delivery date.

4. Why Is My Order Delayed?

5. Where Do You Ship From?

  • We have logistics centers in China, the US, and Germany, enabling us to ship to over 160 countries worldwide.
  • Your order will be shipped from the location closest to your shipping address and product availability to ensure the fastest delivery.

6. Why Was My Order Split Into Multiple Packages?

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to:
    • Weight or volume restrictions.
    • Items having different stock statuses at our warehouses.

We will provide a unique tracking number for each package, so you can track them individually.

7. My Order Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Receive It

  • Please check the following:
    • Mailbox, doorstep, or front porch.
    • Ask your neighbors if they received the package on your behalf.
  • If you still cannot locate the package:
    • Contact your local post office with the tracking number for assistance.

8. Can I Change the Delivery Address?

  • To request a change, please contact us within 1-3 hours of placing your order.
